Villa Haze - Cape Coral
Welcome to Villa Haze, where we've carefully curated every detail to ensure an unforgettable stay, whether short or long.
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and two walk-in closets. The other bedrooms come with queen-size beds and walk-in closets, and two have modern Smart TVs. The master bedroom's large bathroom includes a shower, Jacuzzi, and double vanity. A second bathroom has a toilet and shower. A baby crib and high chair are available upon request.
Our villa also includes a double garage with direct access to the main house—a typical convenience in Cape Coral. Between the garage and the house, you'll find a washer and dryer.
The south-facing pool area is fully fenced, providing safety for children. Both the pool and hot tub can be electrically or solar heated, saving energy in winter. The pool area offers seating for two dining tables, a lounge area, six sun loungers, and two umbrellas.
Our rental prices include average electricity consumption of about 55 kWh per day. Usage exceeding this is charged at {content} .18 per kWh.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and pool area.
Our reliable property management team is ready to assist you with booking and any needs during your stay. They will meet you around 10 am the day after your arrival to explain the pool heating and address any questions.

new pictures in 2024:
We have now completely repainted the outside of our house over
Easter and took the opportunity to have a photographer come out
again. We think it was worth it.
October 2024:
Thanks to the excellent preparation of our property management on site, we survived both hurricanes Helene and Milton without any damage.
