Prices for 2026 on request. Long-term renters (more than 4 weeks) and snowbirds will receive a special discount.
The consumption is calculated based on the values of the electricity meter of the house. Readings are recorded at check-in and check-out respectively. Any electricity charges must be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the security deposit.
Attention: If the air conditioner is set to a low temperature, runs with the doors and windows open, or the pool heater is used a lot, this will result in significantly higher electricity consumption. Charging a car is not allowed anyway.
The prices refer to an occupancy of the villa with 2 persons. For each additional guest $ 15 per day will be charged.
